To be eligible for a CodeDragon Teacher Account, your school/institute must simply be registered with any appropriate authority and comply with necessary laws. We will not investigate legal compliance of schools ourselves.
Institutes that need CodeDragon for Schools but are not a school or educational institute such as a club can get a Teacher Account entirely and permanently free of charge.
